Opportunities for participants of the Forum
1 Presentation of one’s interests Business sessions and bilateral meetings will become an integral Part of International Tourism Forum "Visit Russia" in Yaroslavl. Everybody will be able to present their region, their business plan, their route, their ideas and successful experience.2 Practical experience and technologies The Forum lays emphasis on the organizational and management methods of the successful projects, implemented in Russia and abroad. The activities of the Forum will be supervised by experts – leaders in practical development and promotion of territories’ marketing plans; in development and realization of investment projects; in reformation of regional legislation to ensure the development of the tourism sector.3 Actual investment projects The invitees to the Forum include Russian and foreign investors: developers, international hotel brands, investment groups, and regional authorities interested in the development of tourism in their region – all of them with
actual investment offers. The parties will be able to discuss “supply and demand” during special business sessions.4 Promising tourism projects We invited Russian and foreign travel agencies networks; travel routes fair will be open for the whole Forum’s working period. The Forum’s participants will have the opportunity to visit popular tourism destinations of the Yaroslavl Region and evaluate them both from the customer’s and organizational points of view; find promising opportunities to realize their investment plans.5 Unique contacts, comfortable communication We will try to involve chief executives of our sponsorship partners, well-known and respected representatives of tourism market, expert societies, investors, and representatives of popular sectoral and federal mass media.
